Index of Brad Kava Articles referencing Michael Savage

Brad Kava is the radio/television columnist for the San Jose Mercury news. He's been following Savage's antics since day one (see the first column), and has come up with some of the best lines I've heard about Savage anywhere.

It appears that Brad got a little bit tired of being the lone tilter at this particular windmill, since he hasn't written anything on him in over a year... maybe my site and michaelsavagesucks.com will get him motivated again.

All columns reprinted here under the "fair use" provision of U.S. copyright law, which gives you the right to redistribute for information or educational purposes without commercial intent (and right now, I'm subsidizing this site out of my own pocket, as I've had one single donation so far, from someone who I already knew in the first place, so this is definitely a non-commercial web site).

(undated) SPEAKING OF F's:

This Michael Savage, also on KSFO, claims he can't get hired at UC-Berkeley because of affirmative action (he is white). Maybe it's because he can't pass the English exams.

On one show, he must have said 15 times that President Clinton "flaunts the law," a common mistake among uneducated folks trying to sound otherwise.

"Flaunt" means to make an ostentatious display. "Flout," the word he really wanted, means to mock or show contempt for.

[Savage filed a lawsuit over this. See the "Links" section for details. As far as I can tell, it went nowhere. -Ed.]

(undated) More KSFO tripe:

Joe McCarthy wannabe Michael Savage was lampooned in Time magazine. Savage claims he created the phrase "compassionate conservative" in 1995 and wants to sue the Republican Party because George W. Bush is now using it.

Time showed that the phrase was used by Vernon Jordan in 1981 and John Major in 1992.

In his usual lack of candor, Savage read his radio audience the part of the Time article mentioning his claim but not the part proving it wrong.

Once again, the guy who plays bleating sounds during the news was treating his audience like sheep.
